PoseMy.Art is an online creative platform built by artists for artists, designed to make it easier to create, explore and work with pose and drawing references. The Services provide 3D posing tools and reference resources for creating, adjusting, exporting poses and scenes. PoseMy.Art is designed to support both recreational and professional creators by providing practical, accessible tools that help streamline the reference and posing process. The term “PoseMy.Art” refers to the website and its related services (together, the “Services”).

Payments & plan upgrades: information relating to your purchase, subscription, plan and transaction that is made available to us by Paddle. Paddle acts as Merchant of Record and processes payment and billing information under its own privacy terms. PoseMy.Art does not receive or store your full payment-card details. Contact Us/Support/Feedback: your email address and the content of your enquiry or other communications with us.
Usage analytics: information about your use of the Services, including feature interactions, search queries and search trends, and other usage information used to understand and improve the Services. The Services allow you to create, import and work with content within your browser session, including images, 3D assets, scenes and related creative content. This content is processed locally on your device and is not uploaded to or stored on PoseMy.Art’s servers.
Unless you choose to save or export content to your own device, locally processed content is removed when you close your browser session. Because PoseMy.Art does not receive or store this content on its servers, such content is not processed for analytics or any other independent purposes and is not part of the personal data that we store about your account under this Privacy Notice.

We use technologies necessary to provide the Services and for product and website analytics. Our implementation is configured as cookieless analytics.
We process information relating to pages or features used, referrer information, browser and device information, operating system, approximate geographic information and event data generated through use of the Services. In our standard cookieless configuration, we may use an incoming IP address transiently to derive limited analytics information and a rotating analytics identifier but do not retain the raw IP address.

Sign-up/ Log-in. If you choose to register or sign in using an external social account, the relevant provider authenticates your account and may provide us with your email address, name and a provider-specific account identifier. Payments. For paid Services are handled by Paddle as Merchant of Record. Paddle independently collects and processes payment and billing information under its own privacy terms. PoseMy.Art receives limited information relating to your transaction, purchase or subscription as needed to provide and administer the paid Services. We do not receive or store your full payment-card details.
Where you follow a link from our Website to an external website or service, or interact directly with an external provider, that provider’s own privacy notice and terms apply to its processing. We encourage you to review the privacy information provided by those services.
We retain each category of personal data for no longer than reasonably necessary to fulfil the purpose for which it was collected and to provide the Services, unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law (for example, for tax, accounting, dispute resolution or other legal requirements). Content created or imported for use within a browser session is not retained on PoseMy.Art’s servers.
WE DO NOT SELL or lease your personal data to third parties for their marketing purposes; PoseMy.Art does not sell personal data for targeted advertising, nor has it done so in the past 12 months, or ever before.
